Lake Natoma Inn is Hiring a Building Maintenance Near Folsom, CA
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
As a Maintenance Team member, you'll Perform preventive maintenance in all guest rooms, public areas and hotel areas as assigned by Manager•
Follow-up and complete work orders•
Help housekeeping strip rooms or deliver linen/trash as needed•
Perform routine maintenance around the hotel, including plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, drywall, carpet cleaning and pool cleaning/maintenance•
Maintain and clean the pavilion area, and other areas as assigned by Supervisor•
Self-motivator can produce work, without having constant supervision for productivity.
Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly•
Problem-solving aptitude
Organizing repair, installation, and renovation projects•
Inspect the hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards•
Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies, and facilities (e.g. kitchens,) •
Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests.
Plan and oversee renovations and construction•
Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
